Ravi is an Environmental Engineer and a Project Manager with a record of consistent achievement in major projects, problem-solving, engineering analysis, operations analysis, as well as in effective team leadership, mentoring and project management. He has worked in the corporate, consulting and government sectors. His project exposure includes development and management of hydropower projects in Sri Lanka, Uganda and Kenya, designing of tertiary water, wastewater, and recycled water (class – A) treatment facilities, developing a water supply pipeline from Goulburn to Melbourne, assessing sustainability of Bald Hills wind farm in Australia, and retrofitting an existing building to a 5 Star Green Rating (Australian green building rating system). He has multiple water, environmental and natural resources qualifications in engineering, science, and management. He completed a Bachelor in Civil Engineering at the University of Melbourne and furthered his studies by obtaining Masters in Project Management and Masters in Environmental Engineering (Water) from the same university. Ravi has volunteered with Engineers Without Borders, Sustainable Living Foundation, and Beyond Zero Emissions / Zero Carbon Australia Plan. He has also acted a high school mentor in Australia.
